Important Notes & FAQs
Is the pass shareable for family members?
The pass is strictly for one individual rider/horse combination. If you have multiple riders in your family, you will need to purchase a separate pass for each competitor. This ensures we can dedicate the necessary time to cull, edit, and deliver photos from all shows for every rider.
When can I redeem my 2-hour photoshoot (Portfolio Pass)?
Your photoshoot can be scheduled at any time during the season, subject to availability. Please contact us via email to book your private session!
What is the process after I buy a pass?
Once purchased, you are automatically registered! After each event, we will identify your photos and deliver them to your private online gallery. You will receive an email notification when your photos are ready to download.
