4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations made 7 days or more before a scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before a session will forfeit the deposit. Fix Your Focus Photography, LLC reserves the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
5. LIABILITY
Fix Your Focus Photography, LLC is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our photographs. We strive to provide high-quality services, but we cannot guarantee specific results. You agree to hold us harmless for any claims related to your use of our images.
6. MODEL RELEASE
If you are photographed by Fix Your Focus Photography, LLC, you may be asked to sign a model release. This grants us permission to use your likeness in our portfolio, marketing materials, and other promotional efforts.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fix Your Focus Photography, LLC, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services, or from any violation of these Terms of Service.
